Local to Boulder CO, J2 is a family owned and operated tutoring company that provides tutoring and coaching to students, K-12 through college, in executive function, math, reading, language, writing, science, self-knowing, advocacy, communication, and study skills.

What Does "Highly Qualified" Mean To Us?
- You've earned a Bachelor's Degree
- You are certified in or have an excellent understanding of Special Education
- You have a background in Behavioral Psychology or Life Coaching (major bonus points!)
- You possess a foundational knowledge of math through a high school algebra level
- You are familiar with reading techniques such as the Linda Mood Bell and Orton Gillingham (major bonus points!)
- You have a flexible afternoon schedule
- You are comfortable working with students both in-person as well as remotely
- You are a wonderful human with a sparkling personality and great disposition

When you join the Just2 team, you will become a part of a charismatic and caring group of coaches whose mission it is to help students excel academically, socially, and cognitively. Enjoy flexibility and independence in this 1099 contractor role with the ability to build your own caseload. Find fulfillment by empowering young minds and making a difference through one-on-one interactions. Earn compensation based on experience, aptitude, and availability. The rate range is $25 for just starting out experience up to $40 or more for licensed or degreed educators, with the opportunity to grow into a permanent role as a Head Coach!
